Progress - Zilch

We ran out of clips to add the waterproofing for the basement, and the contractor can't find his supply, and he might have to order more so waiting for that. We need to finish the waterproofing so we can backfill. But we decided that we will wait for the framer to set the first floor deck before we backfill. We have done some research, and it is just the best practice to have the top of the basement secured against the pressure of the earth.
The framer is delayed, so we have no idea at this point when he will come to start on our house, so we don't know when the backfill will happen.
It's cold and wet outside, so we have really been working much, though there is plenty we need to be doing.

Right now we will focus on getting the outside ready for backfill so that as soon as the framer has that deck in place, we can backfill right away.

We need to make some boxes to go around the windows to create window wells in the office and back bedroom. We also need to get the drains all installed and ready for dirt. We will also be installing some pipe around the perimeter of the house to drain the eavespouts into the pipe, and drain it to daylight away from the house.

Progress is really slow now, since it's cold, but I guess we have to keep on chugging.
