The crew showed up early and began to continue the work on the footing forms. We obtained an electronic copy of the house drawings from the designer and when we matched it with what we had on ours, there was an issue with the garage walls not lining up with the basement layout. So we gave those changes to Bill, and hopefully that's what they are working with today, or they will have to redo the footing forms.
The pour is scheduled for tomorrow, so we are working on getting the vertical rebar locations so we can try to get the rebar in the foorings line up with those that will eventually go in the walls as good as possible.
We have to contact the window supplier and finalize the windows so we can get them ordered. If the footings get poured tomorrow, we will begin stacking the frost walls, then they will pour those next, and then we can stack the rest of the basement walls.
The weather looks good for this week, so we expect to make good progress on the work.
